Well I have constantly wondered about this question ?? Say there is a person X . Now you dont know who this person X is .. He introduces himself as he in so n so “Z” company . If that “Z ” company is good , does it mean he is good ? The environment in “Z’ company does have a great influence on this person …. thats u see all employers shouting to create a dynamic work environment . Well do men make the system ?? For this men need to have very strong beliefs .. undettered at nay situation . Its a difficult task though , coz making a system involves introducing some change processes .. n everyone is resistant to change .
“System makes men” — is the most followed notion … its the conventional thing .. “Men making system ” — Its the unconventional thing and takes some dedication . ..
